Edict 03
I, William Magnon, Grand-Master of the Sovereign Order of Rome, do hereby declare the following
[Article 1]
There shall be a body within this Sovereign Order known as the Knights-Council.
[Article 2]
The Knights-Council shall comprise of all knights and dames within this Sovereign Order, with the exclusion of the Grand-Master /Mistress.
[Article 3]
The Knights-Council shall have the power to create Decrees, which are binding law, but may be revoked by the Grand-Master.
[Article 4]
Members shall have the number of votes according to their rank, as follows:
Knight/Dame-Recruit: 5
Knight/Dame-Companion: 10
Knight/Dame-Commander: 20
Knight/Dame-Master: 30
Grand-Commander: 35
